Then you can check by comparing files. I would think that PAR uses a stock
standard 0.54 - that somewhere along the way it was decided to change M::I's
find_extensions() for reasons not related to PAR - and that 0.61 doesn't
work in the environment in which I used it because of that change to
find_extensions()..

That is, I would think it's a "diff that has happened to Install between
0.54 and 0.61, thus breaking  PAR" - but I haven't checked.
