Hi Roderich, I just ran perl Makefile.pl and got an error message: Fileparse(): need a valid pathname at C:/myacitvestateperl/lib/ExtUtils/CBuilder/Base.pm
Any thoughts? In theory it should work out of the box if it's C++ compiler is on the PATH. Unpack the PAR::Packer tarball, change into the top level directory and Perl Makefile.PL make make test make install I'm not sure about make here, does VS provide make, dmake or nmake?
