Don,

Just a friendly word of advise. If at all possible, try to find one of the
20gb recorders instead of the studio players. The recorder units sound
better. You will probably wind up paying a little more, but it is worth it
in my opinion. If you are doing Ebay searches, search for
Archos jukebox recorder

This should bring up a few of them. They are there because I get email
almost every day when new listing are added matching my search criteria.
Try to get either one of the 20gb recorder units, or one of the recorder v2
models. The v2 models use a built-in lithium battery, and much more
difficult to replace. The v1 recorder models use standard double a NiMh
batteries, and they can be easily replaced for higher capacity batteries by
the user. Good luck.

btw, the carrying pouch is almost a necissity if you want to protect your
Archos and keep it clean as new.
