Of course it can!  But it does not have
speaker jacks.  It has the earphone
jack, so I don't really know what you
can do next to rig up a makeshift
receiverless rig to be able to hear the
radio.  Maybe someone else can tell you.
I have a receiver and that is how I
connect anything which does not have its
own speakers.
