Hello, I have a version of Nero Express 5.5.10.45 which came bundled with my CDRW drive. While the program mostly works well and does what I want it to, there are one or two problems with it which I would like to sort out if possible.
If I have been using the program and then close it down, I cannot re-open the program without re-booting my PC. If I try to do so, I don't receive an error message, but the program just doesn't load. Also, after I've used the program and want to shut down my PC, I am asked to close down two programs - INCD_GUI_FRAMEWORK and Nero.exe. It seems as if Nero Express is not shutting down properly and I wonder whether anyone else has experienced this problem and knows of a solution. I have looked on the nero.com web site for an update, but there only seems to be an update for the full version of Nero and not for Nero Express. If anyone has any suggestions, please pass them on.
