Doc!  With Sound Forge you can only record one source at a time.  The
source can be monaural or stereo.  You can not record separate signals on
each of the two stereo channels.  You can record a track, then record
another and copy them onto one another over and over again but you can't
record more than one signal at a time.  If you want true multi-track
capability you might consider Sonar.  Many people use Sonar to do their
multi-track recording then use Sound Forge to create a stereo master.  Check
