Hi Sarah: Thanks for your response. I guess my question is, how do I have my credit balance applied to the actual payment. It appears that the only way to pay for the plan is to purchase it outright: that is to say, that the amount taken out of my PayPal account will match the amount of the actual cost of the service leaving my credit in tact.
