James, Have you gotten assistance from At&T with the issue? Do they offer a PDF manual online? My wife's PDA phone uses mini sd card to expand her usability, but she hasn't exhausted that feature as of yet. You may want to inquire of a user's manual via electronic format. I admit their customer service is awful, but you should be able to get basic information from them or see if you can locate a manual via the internet. Just be prpeared for all the upsaling if you call customer service - you have to spend about 2-5 minutes trying to get beyond them selling more stuff. Best Regards, Cornell

Now, I have the Cingular (ATT) 8525 PDA and want to play MP3's, radio stations, and other music formats on it. What is the real story? What do I have to do to make this device work properly and do what it is suppose to do. I have Mobile Speak Pocket on it too. I heard the demonstrator on the Mobile Speak Pocket and the Cingular 8525 play a radio station and music, but he never mentioned anything about memory. How do I add memory? Do I just get a larger flash card or what.
