As I said, I got it from Frye's at one of those after Thanksgiving Day or after Christmas Day sales. I think it cost $20 after rebate, although it might have been free after rebate. Unfortunately, I don't see a model number on the unit itself. Sorry I don't have more information, but my point was that TV tuners on a USB dongle do exist.
