Hi Jamie,I ran into the same issue. What I found is that in version 10 of Sound Forge, it's possible to set the zoom ratio so fine that it appears that the left and right arrows and page up and down have stopped working. Press the down arrow quite a few times to increase the zoom ratio and see if that helps.
