Hello list: Hopefully this won't be too long of a post..but I'm confused and
frustrated at this point! As you may recall, I downloaded the Switch sound
converter to my computer. I haven't used it that much..but I apparently
mistakenly have gotten the "paid" version! This isn't what I wanted;
anyhow..the "trial" time period elapsed! A few minutes ago, I tried to use it
and it let me know that I had to "register it and pay..which I don't want to do
as I had understood it was "free!" So I figured I'd try to uninstall all the
extra stuff..you know..Sound Recorder and something else that I don't remember;
that went okay! Aw..but now when I try to uninstall "Switch"..(was going to
uninstall (then go and reinstall "switch" without the extras..but..oh no! It
tells me it cannot be uninstalled because, someone on my computer is using the
program NOBODY IS USING THE DAMMED PROGRAM BUT ME! So can somebody please tell
me how to get around this? I think I would like to use the program as I have a
file I want to change the bit rate on (Total Recorder" doesn't seem to be
allowing me to set it to a bit rate that will allow it to play where I want it
to)..anyhow..this doggone ""Switch"..makes me want to "Switch" it off! Thanks
for reading what has turned out to be a kind of long post; hopefully you won't
mind!
