The ones I have which are the Bose Companion 5 multi media speakers do meet 2 of the things you need. They sound really good for speakers that are kind of small, and you only use the USB for the audio output. Sadly though you do nead to plug them into the wall. Other then that they are pretty good. They are a 3 peace surround sound system.
