If you could record it in to mp3 format, you could use a sound editing program to lower the sample rate, which would lower the speed of the recording. Just a thought.

Hi Gang,

I have a need to copy something from an old 16rpm talking book disc. I only have 33 rpm. Does anybody know where I can buy or borrow an old machine that will play the 16rpm discs? That's going way back in technology for sure.
