Yep, it sounds like a pretty interesting card, I've looked at it at www.sweetwater.com they cell it. I shaired it on my face book page. They say the pre-amps are almost silent. Wether that's ccompletely true or not, I know not since I've never heard it. My favorite but it's $650 is the Sound-Devices USB pre2 card. They say this one sounds like their 744-T recorder. I dethinately know what that sounds like having heard Neal's and I love it. I'm talking about Neal Ewers of course.
