I wish I could answer your question but I have the same problem using Jaws. Only success I have is on the Mac using Pulsar (no longer supported but still works sort of) and Radium (another Mac app). There is a SiriusXM app for the iPhone/Ipad and another called Musicdock. I know of nothing that works in Windows however. I do have one question for you though: What radio do you have and how usable is it for you? I am a total and will probably be in the market for one so any info appreciated.
