need help with blue yeti pro.

hello list just got a blue yeti pro for an early christmas gift.
the mic pings 3 times when I plug it in toUSB but pc does not see it. mic did 
not come with cd and I am using jfw 12 windows xp service pac 3. this is a 
great mic it comes on I can here it, but like mentioned above pc does not see 
it at all. 
skipe, gw connect and spl does not see the mic. 
all help would be appreciated.
