Don't know why you juust look the veetop wireless box which transmits what you want and even has an optical output. Look on one of the Amazon pages depending on what country you are in. Right now it is very cheap and works great.

They work very well. Essentially, they become the default sound card for your computer so you'll need to designate your computer's sound card to be used with your screen reader. They do cause a bit of a mess with the wires and keeping the 2 different DACs straight, in my case.
