question about Windows media Player

Hello, I use Windows Media Player 12 on a Win 7 Home Premium machine; in a 
playlist, is there a way for my screen reader (I use System Access) to 
announce each track, for example chapters in a series of Bible stories I 
have in a playlist?  Thanks.
