Hi, NVDA is the second screen reader for Windows to take advantage of this (Narrator was the first in 2012). Note that this feature will work on Windows 8 and higher and with NVDA installed (because audio ducking requires right privileges to be held by a screen reader; I'd be happy to give you a backstage tour on audio ducking offlist).
