I wouldn’t be taking a long cable like that around with me with the P7’S I can assure you <smile>, that’s why you can change the cables over so when you’re out remove the long cable and replace it with one of the supplied shorter cables depending on your needs, you would probably want to use the cable with the inline controls and microphone if you were going out with your iPhone for example.
