Hi I used in Jaws insert f2 witch i then once I did that hit the letter
s witch I went to the setting sender in Jaws 18.
that is what I am using.
And in the search box for the settings I put in Jaws volume.
And when I got the result I got A result that said that lower the volume
of outehr audio when jaws is speaking.
And mine it said that that check box was cleared.
So maybe you have the check box selected.
So you might want to take A look at that setting if your system has it.
Again I found that in Jaws settings center.
