Hi Bryan Sorry for my very specific and helpful report ;-)
Here some more detailed info. When I instantiate an object [flite], I get the following message in the console: /usr/lib/pd/extra/flite/flite.pd_linux: /usr/lib/libflite_cmu_us_kal16.so.1: undefined symbol: cmu_lex_init /usr/lib/pd/extra/flite/flite error: ... couldn't create Is that a problem with the flite pd-class, or with the flite library? What I don't understand: IIRC, it worked well for me in Ubuntu 11.04, which has the exact same libflite version... ??
