what do you mean? are you sure that you cannot do what you want with the
things Pd currently offers? if so, have you checked externals like iemguts?

i didn't know that you could use visual c++ to compile externals for
OSX-10.7

in any case, check out the "template" project [1], which provides a
working build-system for almost any platform (though terminal based).
