Unerase/undelete

I just erased the HD drive which had photos. I made a copy of all of them, 
except for about 100 ;-(

Would anyone know a good (preferably freeware or shareware - so I could get 
it without probs) program that enables to recover erased data. I use XP, I 
have a good one but it worked for W98, not XP.
