<Big snip> What I did not see in your list (and I am only mentioning it "just in case") is how problematic dust is/is not with the *ist-D/DSLRs. Perhaps you don't mind the issue, I just thought to throw in one of the reasons I am not keen to go near them with a bargepole. Kostas
