I know. If where smart, instead of honest (who said honesty pays of?), I'd kept quite about this. But, there is always a but ;-)
I go outside to protect others from direct contact with my bad habit. Out of the same logic I drive a small car. I don't leave it running when I go into a shop or does other errands. In other words, I try to do my best, or at least my second best. Tim, this is pretty much the argument that you have been on the other side of. No one person makes a significant impact, so why should any one person change their habits, be it driving a large vehicle, taking long hot showers or whatever else they do that is environmentally harmful?
