My Little USB reader reads happily my 4GB Microdrive but noticed my 1GB Sandisk Ultra2+ (which is SD/USB combo card... very handy) will not be read by the USB reader in SD card mode. However the SD reader in my IBM thinkpad reads it pretty well (but slowly).
