Now that the CN Tower in Toronto has lost it's title as "The World's Tallest Freestanding Structure" (it's still The World's Tallest Freestanding Structure That's Fully Completed and Not at All Under Construction ), I guess they felt the need to spruce it up a bit with fancy lights:
