I've just finished going through my review sample of "The Digital Negative: Raw Image Processing in Lightroom, Camera Raw, and Photoshop" by Jeff Schewe. I don't think it's going to be applicable to any of the classes I'm teaching at the moment, but it's a damn fine reference for photographers doing raw conversion.
