have you tried actually talking to someone at ebay? -- when I go to
"helP" and am patient I eventually get the phone image and call
most of the time I actually do get help

And yes the Link With Paypal button is there, but when I use it I get
logged into Paypal, it tells me that the process is almost complete
and to click another button to go back to eBay, then nothing happens.

Then "link with paypal" thing willlikely show up. DOn't know if ebay Canada
works differently...
They are always nagging me to link and I've refused... but when I've bought
things from people with
a paypal button it always is fine.

is. Account remains stubbornly unlinked. Support info is useless.
Forum is useless. Have tried three different browsers.
Anyone here been faced with this and got past it? Apparently sellers
can't collect if their account isn't linked to Paypal so it's a real
issue.
