Before the internet, FarceBook and all that, people had to use the mail to converse with others at a distance. That did not, however, stop Romance.
For Example, a young female artist became interested in an older man, who happened to be a photographer. She reached out to him, and dispite their age difference, they wrote many letters back and forth, about art and other topics of mutual interes. The young woman wanted to take it to the next level, however, and although she had never done much art base on the human form, she sat down before a mirror and painted several nude self portraits, and sent them to the older photographer. This early form of sexting took place about a century ago, but was quite effective, as the two eventually married.
