Thanks y'all. It's a good ride. Recorded my fastest ever speed on a bicycle: 69.2 km/h, 42.999 mph. Never hit 40 mph before.
I was bragging about it back at my co-rider's house and his 13-year-old son casually mentioned that he'd been skiing the previous week at over 70 mph.
