Aha, thanks for the mustard tip too. It grows naturally in California, BUT it can be planted too (and comes back the following year). It is so prevalent in vineyards I felt growers must encourage it.

Napa, California. I've never figured out why they let the vineyards all go to 
mustard in the spring/early summer.
