The orange rectangle is another chimney lit by one of those strong lights.
Maybe I will clone it out as you suggested.

Several people gathered at the spot to take pictures.
Many already left, because "too cloudy" and nothing to be seen.
Than, suddenly the moon became visible, vaguely with the bare eye, much better 
on the sensor, proving again that the sensor sees much better in the dark, than 
the human eye.
K1 and D-FA 28-105 @ 77mm and 800 ISO 1sec F5.6
Because of the moving speed of the moon, I did not dare to go further than 1 sec
Probably there are technics to take this picture with less noise.
