FYI, I have 90% of my POE nag bot to hassle (oops, I mean remind) CPAN
Testers to upgrade Test::Reporter. It build on a POE::Component to
"tail" the NNTP feed. Once I put that POE::Component on CPAN
("soon"), it should be a pretty trivial matter to whip up a script to
reflect emails for your distributions to you. I might even write that
for the examples directory. Then you can fire it up on a server of
your choice and get your CC's back -- but you'll be in control, you
can filter to your heart's content, etc.
