Note: The last kwalitee test, the one related to Devel::Cover, is considered dangerous by a non-trivial percentage of the community,and there's been a lot of debate on whether it should be removed.
Sorry, I should have said Pod::Test::Coverage.Regardless, it executes code. I wonder how it deals with testing Acme::BadExample. Remind me to put in a hard infinite loop.
