[perl-win32-gui-hackers] Added Center method for a window

Hi,

I've just committed a change to GUI.pm. The method Center which (surprise 
surprise) centers the window :)

The code originally came from Adhoc.pm (I've no idea who the original author 
was, so couldn't credit them directly).
