To run the exe, just double click on it. If it runs correctly you'll
see a file selection box. If it doesn't run correctly no file
selection box will be shown (or it flashes quickly before exiting).
You'll need to run it several times as I seem to get at least 1
failure per 10 runs. Any feedback (positive or negative) would help in
nailing this issue.

I just ran it 20 times on my laptop running Vista, no failures. The file
selection dialog appeared each time.
