[perl-win32-gui] Label - Background and text colors.

Does any one know how to set the background color and text color for a
Label created with the following line of code?

 $GetValueVal = $GetValueWin->AddLabel(-text=>"This is a place holder
for text", -name=>"GetValueVal", -left=>10, -top=>10,);
