I use VIM (vi improved) which come with many programming language syntax
colouring mode, including Perl, C and HTML. If you have used vi in UNIX
before and liked it, you should download VIM for win32 (presumably you
are looking for editor for win32 system). You can customise it to behave
the way you like. You can even get support from the USENET newsgroup
(forgot what's the group name thou').
Sorry I don't have the download site but I believe you can get it from
download.com or winfiles.com.
