languages/tcl/.cvsignore is the only .cvsignore in the MANIFEST and a
fresh checkout is failing with
t/src/manifest..........ok 2/4# Failed test (t/src/manifest.t at
line 51)
# Missing files in CVS:
# languages/tcl/.cvsignore
I assume this means languages/tcl/.cvsignore should not be in the
MANIFEST.
