It can wait, in theory, but implementing this should be trivial for the people doing implementation. One problem with waiting until after the first release is that there will very quickly be code that works with 6.0.1, but not with 6.0.0, if what you're waiting for is a small thing to implement... Things that can wait are usually very non-trivial, and have little impact on the rest of the language.
