Regardless, the magic that makes this work would be the ability to assign a flat list of values to a signature. Is this wise?
We already have the ability to do that in function calls. I'd like to see exactly the same semantics apply when assigning (or binding) to a signature. So I don't regard it as magic, just a fundamental feature of the language.
