Eligibility: 1) you must be junior, senior, or master's ranking as of Sept. 2000; 2) you must be continuing a degree program in 2000-2001 academic year; 3) you must be maintaining your nonimmigrant status; 4) you must have at least a 3.2 GPA; 5) you must be studying business & economics, physical science, computer science, or engineering; 6) you cannot be receiving assistance from a U.S. govt. funded program; 7) you must be receiving support from U.T. at least matching the support being requested in the academic year 2000-2001 up to $3,000 (eg. assistantship, also on-campus employment may possibly be considered). You must also be able to demonstrate financial need. Grant funds may not be used for dependents. Nominations for this grant must be made by June 19.
