Bad news:

* It's hard. It's very hard. Almost all publishers believe they have
already done their "isaar" by going through all the trouble of
publishing the book. Now they want their money.

* So, you need to pay a lot.

Good news:

* There is a chance we can convince the High Council of Informatics of
Iran to pay for that. That is being done for a spell-checking database.
Why not for a dictionary?
