Salaam,
I found the way! 
1st open RegEdit and open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows 
NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts
then Delete Tahoma & Tahoma Bold (For Example)
then Install new/fixed fonts as regular (As simply as copy fonts to your fonts 
directory of windows) I used TTFix to solve my problem.
All things is ok now but you need to restart your windows to new font become affected. 
 You can delete old font files now (If you want - Recommended)!
