Proper Syntax for Limiting Ports per user group.

Can some one tell me what the proper syntax is for using the user & group parameters in OpenBSD 3.1 & PF.

here is and example rule.

pass out proto tcp from fxp0 port 33333 >< 55555 to any port 33333 >< 55555 modulate state
pass out proto udp from fxp0 port 33333 >< 55555 to any port 33333 >< 55555

the user id is 1001 Group id is 1007, how do I limit those to rules to be used by those 2 id's?
