Héhé. I didn't find a way to change the owner at creation time. Or perhaps do I need to fill the "Assigned to" text box? FYI, the french translation of the 8.4 PostgreSQL manual is done (at least for me; there's still one file to update, but another guy, Marc Cousin, is working on it).
