Um, it seems reasonable to make this one be a huge-zero-alloc:
MemoryContextAllocExtended(CurrentMemoryContext, HEAPTUPLESIZE + len,
MCXT_ALLOC_HUGE | MCXT_ALLOC_ZERO)
