After compiling PHP 5.5.2 on Cygwin[1] all tests
of the accompanying test suite are failing.
This might be related to the shared libraries, which don't seem
to be properly build on Cygwin (.so instead of .dll.a, with a filesize
of less than 1 KB).

CYGWIN_NT-5.1 RELIANT 1.7.18(0.263/5/3) 2013-04-19 10:39 i686 Cygwin
